Hootsuite, the leading social media management platform  had established a unique brand. However customer acquisition was inconsistent and was costly.

Solution

Established an experiment-first approach to paid media, while expanding into a number of growth tactics such as SEO driven content marketing, webinars and events.

Results

Improved paid media significantly, by acquiring 50% more customers through paid media while driving down CAC by -40%. SEO content marketing also helped drive down overall CAC.

Also hosted the world's largest virtual conference with over 27,000 registrants.

Scalepad, an IT SaaS platform originally started as Warranty Master with a vision to grow their portfolio of products.

Solution

Limited by their Warranty Master brand, we determined a rebrand was necessary.

Results

Successfully re-launched the company as Scalepad, and established content marketing to amplify reach and authority. Scalepad is now a leading IT platform in the MSP industry.

RB Global is an omnichannel marketplace for commercial assets and vehicles with a market cap of over $20B.

Challenge

RB Global was entering a new market: Mainland China, with plans to open its first auction house in Beijing. The marketing team was developing a complex go-to-market launch and campaign, but the effort lacked structure, coordination, and a central operations function.

Solution

Led project management for the GTM launch, building a 300+ task implementation plan and coordinating 12+ cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
